A little life lately…

These beautiful birthday blooms from a friend. Aren’t they gorgeous?? And see that Barbie print in the background? I just ordered this new print from that photographer for Coral House! And I’m sorry I seem to talk about Coral House all of the time but it’s pretty much the main thing on my mind lately with the renovation nearing the end!

I took the kids to my friend Katie Stevenson’s opening show of new pieces and they were such good art enthusiasts :)

We’ve been enjoying our walks home from school with all of the pretty azaleas in bloom right now.

And like I do every spring, I’ve been collecting pretty new dresses like this one shoulder stripe dress and knotted print heels (currently 30% off).

Good Monday morning! I don’t know if I can still blame daylight savings time but I was SO exhausted all weekend (and last week). Like, dragging hard. I barely stayed up last night to watch the latest Big Little Lies episode (obsessed). Josh flew down to Coral House to work on the house for a couple of days so Gray and her kids had a sleepover with us. It was so much fun! We went and saw Beauty & the Beast and it was just so good that all I can say is that you have to go see it asap. It’s amazing!! Emma Watson did such a great job as Belle, and the character is such a great role model.

Anyway, today I wanted to share this floral off the shoulder dress that I’m kind of in love with. I love the print so much! It runs a little large and after seeing these pictures I’m thinking I definitely want to get mine taken in a bit. But it’s priced well so I don’t feel guilty.

Oldie but a goody, this Chloe cross body bag! The perfect color and size.

And my rockstud block heel sandals… I wish I could have them in every color. Or like, at least 3 colors. I love these so much.

Hope your week is off to a great start!

I know I know, I have a such a type… easy embroidered dresses get me every time. But this particular embroidered dress is by one of my favorite brands that I love to support because (1) their collections are always gorgeous (2) everything they make is flattering for the female figure and (3) the ladies behind the brand are awesome. So see… I had to.

I’ve had this dress for maybe a week and a half and I’ve already somehow thrown it on twice. It’s soft, a good dark color, the right length, and has longer sleeves.

This round wicker crossbody bag is also a new addition to my spring wardrobe and I’m so happy about it. It’s the perfect compact size (while still fitting my iPhone +) and I adore the multi strap! By the way, have you checked out Serpui Marie’s new summer collection of bags? They are all SO much fun.

And last but not least my nude scallop block heel sandals that y’all are going to be seeing a lot of. They’re so great!

Y’all should really check out all of Lilla P’s new arrivals. I have 4 pieces by them and love every single one! Amazing brand. Trust me.

It’s not a secret that one of my MOST favorite shops is Tuckernuck. The collection they carry  is always feminine and fun and I love the way they style their models. I could place an order there every day and still find more to buy :)

That tiered clay dress is so pretty, and in white too. And have you ever checked out their jewelry? THE best. I think these earrings need to be my next pair!

This gingham smock dress is the perfect spring dress with the light weight fabric and long sleeves that can be pushed up. I love the sleeve detail, too.

My Givenchy satchel bag, still one of my most favorite bags I have.

These nude rockstud sandals are the perfect height and have a block heel that make them very easy to walk around in. They’re definitely a splurge, but I love them!

This gingham dress is under $100! I also love this gingham peplum top – it’s adorable! Happy Wednesday, Everyone!
