Happy Monday!  Let’s kick off this week with some nursery visuals.  More than a few of my friends are expecting, and I had such fun decorating my own baby girl’s room that I, of course, didn’t mind looking up some more nursery inspiration.  This room can sometimes end up neglected in the beginning, which is such a shame because this is one space where you can get really creative.  When planning our nursery, my main goal was to create a space where Lilly would feel comfortable and cozy (and it worked- she LOVES her room).  It also doesn’t hurt that I really dig her room too, considering all of the hours I’ve logged in there myself…

I prefer a mix of items that coordinate well together as an alternative to a room with a theme.   Thankfully, there are oodles of items available that would complement a baby’s abode.  Here are a few of my current favorites for a baby girl.

Shopping Guide:
Giraffe lamp- Jonathan Adler
Senegalese baskets- Serena & Lily
Letter lion print- Weedoodle
Shelf with Bla Bla dolls- Bla Bla Kids
Alphabet art- Bookhou
Cloud mobile- Leptitpapillon
Elephant pillow- Rikshaw Design
Bookends- Little Living
Dhurri rug- Anthropologie
Crib bedding- Rikshaw Design
French art print- The Interrupting Lion
Luca glider- Monte Design

I may have to snag those Senegalese baskets for Lilly.

Those baskets are the cutest things ever! Pretty please come re-decorate my nursery for me! It needs a major makeover.
