Hey Elizabeth, thanks so much for this message – I’m going to check out those exercise sites! And will try the green beans things next time I swing by Trader Joes or Whole Foods (was just there today!). Love these suggestions so much :) Happy New Year!

Um, so many gorgeous colorful pieces! For some reason, I couldn’t post a comment on the resolutions post, so I’m trying here :)

I really love these! They are much more fun & interesting than typical resolutions. On the new exercises – I love Ballet Beautiful (you can find some older ones on youtube or purchase streaming videos and live classes on her website) – it’s calm and strengthening and makes me a little more graceful in daily life! Also, Yoga with Adriene (youtube) is the most fun yoga! And she does a great job helping you stay present, aware of movements, and enjoy your little session.

I don’t have a Doritos flavored snack, but I like these little salty puffy/crispy green beans, no idea what they’re called, but they’re in a smaller bag at Whole Foods and Trader Joes. They look a bit like sugar snap peas on the outside of the bag.

And one more thing about looking at your phone – I totally catch myself doing this too. I read an article that suggested leaving it behind every once in a while, and that has helped! Helped me be more aware of my thoughts etc etc. Like keep it in another room while you cook/watch a show, or in the car while you pick up a to-go coffee. It’s nice to disconnect :)

    Happy New Year!
