There’s a good chance that you’ve already seen my home tour because everyone and their mother reads Made By Girl, but yesterday Jen Ramos featured my home on her blog.  I’ll admit, I blushed and squealed a little when I saw the post.  I haven’t even shared much of our home here on my own blog so it was a little strange to have it “exposed” on such a high traffic site.  {And many of you dear readers have not so subtly called me out on not sharing sooner, ha!}

Like most, I consider my house a work in progress, which makes it a little scary to share.  We built it about 2 years ago, and I had a blast designing it {which I couldn’t have done without all of the inspiration I found on blogs, back before I even had a blog}.  I’ve received so many nice messages and emails from you all that I’m glad I did make the decision to share a few areas of our home.  Thank you so much for the compliments and love.  There are a lot of photos up on her blog, but here’s a sneak peak of a few.

Like doughnuts?  Rose petals?  Love a pretty presentation?  Of course you do.  I think I let out a giant “Guh!” when I came across this guest post over at Mowielicious.  Because that is one hell of a celebration doughnut cake.

And the post even includes a detailed recipe and tutorial.

Though I have to admit that I’d totally just break out the Krispy Kremes on this one.
Anyway, how perfect would this doughnut cake be for Valentine’s day morning with the family??!  So special.  Or for a shower held during brunch hours?  I’m telling you, bookmark this one.  You’ll be glad you did.

This post is appropriately titled, because I am pretty darn smitten with my new blog sponsor, Pretty Smitten.  Elizabeth can throw a party.  Or accessorize your nursery.  Or help you design gorgeous stationary.  You want it, she’s got it.  Here’s a sample of some of her gorgeous note card sets.

Maybe your little one has a birthday coming up and you would like to make it extra special this year?  These personalized party packages are a chic way to pull together a theme.

{Can you even believe that Eiffel Tower theme??!  So cute}

She also does party invitations.  Considering that the invite is the first impression you give your guests for your event, I think we can all agree that we want it to be a good one.

And maybe you’re like so many other parents who have yet to finish the nursery or playroom.  If you’re tired of staring at that blank wall here are some adorable prints to help make the space happy.

And for whatever you’re designing, Elizabeth already has some great patterns with a wide assortment of colors for you to choose from.   I love love the stripes, zebra, maze, zigzag, clover… okay I’ll stop.

And if you need a theme, here are some ideas to get you started.  Hello surfboards and woody wagon, so creative!

And I can’t resist sharing this darling photo of Elizabeth with her brand new baby girl she just recently added to her famly.  Absolutely gorgeous.

You definitely want to visit Pretty Smitten to view her whole collection, it’s darling.  Welcome to LLL, Elizabeth.  I’m so happy to have you here.
AND NOW FOR THE GIVEAWAY!
One lucky reader will win a set of flat note cards like these.
You’ll get to pick your pattern/colors/etc.  How fun is that?!
To enter you should be a follower of Look Linger Love.  Go check out the pattern and color options and leave your preferences in the comment.  For an additional entry just follow Elizabeth’s blog (which is quite lovely).  And if you’d like one more entry “like” Pretty Smitten’s facebook fan page.
This giveaway will end Friday.  Good luck!!

Today I’m visiting Christine’s lovely blog Bijou & BohemeShe is an instant source of beauty and inspiration, filling my mornings with glamorous daydreams and growing shopping lists.  Christine and I have bonded over the last few months as both of our new blogs have grown, and I’m so happy to call her a friend.  She’s a beautiful person on the inside and out.  I don’t need to tell you all this, as I’m sure you’ve already discovered her lovely blog and are Team Bijou too.

So today I’m honored to be contributing to her Style in Seven series.  As you head over there be sure to grab your most darling heels and sparkles, you don’t want to be underdressed ;)  And as you’ll see I’m sharing a little more about my personal style.  Here’s a glimpse.

Oh, hey there! I’m just cooking up a little something special for game day.  While I couldn’t care less about the actual Superbowl, I do care a lot about the snacks (are you surprised?).  And tomorrow I’m whipping up a batch of these to nibble on.

I don’t think we can go wrong here.  Just saying…

I know I’m not the only one with spring fever when I get a couple of swimwear post requests.  So here’s a little roundup of the suit style currently on my radar.

It’s not a secret that Marysia Swim is on my list.

See a theme?
PS, the background image is actually an Amanda Nisbet fabric.  Thanks for that idea Sarah
