I’m so excited to partner with Walmart today to share some of my favorite activewear and workout equipment, and chat about my favorite workout – Strength Training. I started strength training in June, 2022. Since that day I have consistently strength trained on average 3 times per week every week. I am obsessed. I feel so much stronger and healthier in my body since I started. I’m sharing this because I want to spread the word and encourage anyone who hasn’t tried it to give it a shot. You’ll need some weights – and I highly recommend these Stainless Steel Adjustable Dumbbells.
These dumbbells come in various weight options and I’d recommend starting with the 20 lb option. The special thing about them is that each set is easily adjustable to 3 – 4 different weight settings! For example the 20 lb set can be adjusted to 10 lbs, 14 lbs, 16 lbs, and 20 lbs. All you do is screw on the extra weights, it’s super easy and fast!
Another thing I love about these dumbbells is their compact size! Before I bought these I shared Josh’s Bowflex adjustable weights (which I also really like, and he loves) but they’re really quite bulky and large. This photo below features all of my weights added on and is as large as my dumbbells get, which is half the size of the Bowflex. This compact size is especially handy for my lower body strength training classes. Then I can just easily twist off the extra weights for upper body strength training!

Okay I ordered that rainbow dress, it’s just so happy. I’m hoping it fits right. I adore that flutter sleeve swimsuit, so great for sun protection! And I’m obsessed with all of the new Juliet Dunn dresses. They’re so good!!
