It was a rainy day in Charleston yesterday and it was the perfect excuse to stay in and surf all my favorite sites for new pretty arrivals. And I found a lot! I ordered this red and white mini dress and can’t wait to see it in person!

blue blockprint dress, aqua cover up, pink floral mini, orange tie dress,

red embroidered dress, navy dress, woven sandals, blue one shoulder dress,

blue and white stripe dress, red and white mini, denim shorts, white dress

I love those woven block heel sandals and they’re a great price. This blue and white stripe dress with the ruffle detail is soooo cute! This little pink floral mini is so cute. And these swishy cover ups are always a good idea and I love the color of this one!

My Kroma Wellness Reset Review + A 15% off discount with the code “CHASSITY15“:

I’ve gotten so many questions about my experiences (I’ve done it 2 times!) with the Kroma Wellness Reset that I thought it would be helpful to have a blog post that has all of my thoughts and info. I’m not a big dieter or cleanse person, and I’m super passionate about food. So when two of my friends did Kroma and swore by it I decided to check out the website. My thoughts were hmmm-interesting, maybe, this branding is gorgeous, but then I promptly forgot about it. Probably because these sort of things intimidated me and it’s a 5 day program. So not only do you have to commit to doing the actual reset program, but you have to find 5 days in your calendar that will lend well to doing the reset (ie little socializing).

Fast forward to January and my friend Katie said she was going to do it and asked if anyone wanted to do Kroma at the same time, like a support system. After a glutinous December I decided to go for it because the week she was going to do it was wide and clear for me bc I was doing an intensive Morpheus laser treatment and had scheduled nearly a week of down time. So I decided to do it!

(I’m wearing this Mille dress)

So what is the Kroma Wellness Reset? I’m going to use their verbiage here because I like it – “it’s 5 days of nutritious sustenance that allows you to fuel your body with nothing but the best superfoods on the planet, while helping kick-start new habits, remove toxins, and giving yourself the ultimate gift of health without the sacrifice. The Kroma Reset requires little to no prep (which was important to me), and is shelf stable (ie no fridge or freezer needed).” Here’s what a day looks like.

So each day consists of 9 different sachets that you’ll mix with water or non-dairy milk. I don’t think there was one day that I ever got through all of them! When I tell you I wasn’t hungry on this program I’m being very serious. There’s even a cookie butter that you can snack on if you need to, which I never did. For the breakfast porridge you can add in berries (I throw in frozen blueberries or frozen peaches), and the dinner broths you can add veggies or chicken if you’d like (I never felt like it and was perfectly content with the simple broths).

So what do you need to do the Kroma Wellness Reset? You need a hot water kettle, a little handheld frother, 3 containers of non dairy non sweetened milk (I like this milk), and any food additions that you want to add in. But once you order your Kroma Wellness Reset the program will come with all of this info and tell you what to do step by step by step!! The whole experience was really quite great for me! So much so that I did it all over again in May. I think it was even easier the second time around because I knew exactly what to expect. I will 100% do it again sometime when I need another little “reset”! Like when I just need to get motivated you know?

Each time I did the Kroma Reset I lost 4-6 lbs, noticed less swelling in my finger joints, slept SO well, and overall felt amazing. While I don’t love every single packet in the program (I have an especially hard time with the Supergreen elixir in the afternoons and have to chug it while holding my nose), most of the items are really great and some of them I have purchased and continue to have on a regular basis, like the Beauty Matcha Latte! So do I recommend Kroma? Yes. Of course I’m not a doctor and can’t make any claims to anything, I’m only telling you that my experience was wonderful.

I hope this is helpful. If you’d like to try the Kroma Wellness Reset you can use my code CHASSITY15 for 15% off your purchase!

Filed Under: Fashion, What I'm Wearing

I try to work out at least 5 days a week, I genuinely enjoy it. Right now I’m obsessed with Callie’s classes on Peloton (you don’t have to own the bike or tread to stream mat classes by the way). I just love working out at home the most, it’s easy and more time effective, and there are so many different programs that motivate me. Almost as motivating is the fashion :) I usually wear a bra top (I love this one) and a pair of really thin leggings (I love these) because I get hot easily. If I’m outside in the heat I love a cute skirt with built in shorts! Here are some active pieces to wear and feel good in during these hot summer months!

Wearing:

navy skirt with built in shorts, blue polka dot sports bra,

grey sports tank, white sneakers, short court pickle ball paddle

lilac top, navy top, white sneakers, periwinkle bra top,

black bra top, sports detergent, black shorts, floral dress,

pink overlay shorts, green top, pink dress, green skirt

Outdoor Voices makes the cutest sports dress with built in shorts in so many cute colors and prints! And how cute is that green & pink skirt. If you haven’t tried a bra sports top then trust me do it and you’ll be addicted to them (pair with your high waisted leggings and you’re good to go)! I hope you guys have a great weekend!

Filed Under: Fashion, What I'm Wearing

Good morning!! I wore my new Mirth dress (have you seen their brand new collection??) to a candle making class downtown this week and I just love it so much! So breezy and comfy for summer.

Wearing:

Mirth floral dress, Carrie Forbes sandals,

LLL x WKND WYFR pink bag, Anna B Designs rainbow necklace

Here are some more new arrivals I’m loving around the internet this week!

blue printed coverup, rhode swing dress, white multi print top, blue stripe dress,

pink smocked dress, cognac leather sandals, dark pink dress, color block dress,

dyson air wrap, green dress, gatherall sticky bra, pink off the shoulder dress

Have I talked about the sticky gatherall bra here on the blog yet? I know I have extensively on instagram stories. It’s basically my favorite find of the last two years combined. I wear it all the time (like any time I’m in a dress) and it truly supports and stays even in Charleston humidity. I have three of them because I’m worried they will go on back order. It’s magic. I got my first one maybe 2 months ago and have worn it well over 20 times! Also magic is the Dyson Air Wrap that’s back in stock I’ve finally started playing around with mine the last 2 months or so and I’m obsessed I can’t believe I slept on it for so long. It actually comes with a hair dryer attachment so all in one and I travel with it now. But this air wrap technology is so cool and magical. It brings so much volume!! Sometimes I try my hair completely with it, and sometimes I dry my hair with the regular hair dryer attachment and then go over the top pieces with the round air wrap attachment for a little body! Onto the dresses, this pink off the shoulder dress is so cute. This green dress, obsessed!! And that white top is super chic, too!
