There’s little that I love more than a good, versatile swing dress. I can throw on one first thing in the morning when seeking sheer comfort, and it can take me through the rest of the day looking put together. This china print swing dress doesn’t break the bank either, which is an obvious plus.

Jane Pope sent me this sterling silver mommy necklace back in December and it’s one of my most treasured pieces. One disk is engraved “Lilly” and the other is engraved “Fletcher”. I love.
I wasn’t lying last week when I said I’m all about blue and white in the summer. Now, where’s my chartreuse?!

I have a new food blog crush. And it’s appropriately named, Foodie Crush.

I realize Heidi’s blog isn’t exactly “new” as she has pretty much made it all and even has a magazine. But she’s new to me. Much to my husband’s surprise, apparently I haven’t covered all corners of the internet.

Or, have I finally? Either way, I’m so glad I found her.

Alright, I’ll stop with the grilled cheeses. Guess it’s obvious where my heart lies…

Food. It’s what’s for dinner. Make what she’s making.

This girl has started dressing herself. Some days I dig it more than others. This is one of those days…

There’s just something so amazing about watching a little girl blossom. Life’s good.
PS, thanks for the heads up that the bandana skirt was mis-linked yesterday. So sorry about that, but it’s fixed now. I love that skirt so much.

Shades of blue and light neutrals are pretty much a summer uniform around here, and this summer I’m throwing some citron into the mix, too. It just feels natural.

tory burch bikini (25% off w/ code “TBSPRING”)
clare vivier clutch (all time have)
madewell sleeveless chambray top (closet necessity? i think so)
Thanks for all the love this week. You guys make writing a blog so easy and rewarding. Really.
I have a ton to do this weekend, including taking Lilly to her first musical at the Dock Street Theater. Should be fun :) Happy Friday!

You’re going to see a lot more street style here on Look Linger Love. I’ve partnered up with my photographer gal pal Gray Benko to bring you more posts where I actually show you what I’m wearing and how I’m wearing it as opposed to only telling you about it. This is good news for those of you who care. For those of you who don’t, I’m sorry. But I’m certain we’ll get some pretty scenery in the background of some shots, because this is Charleston after all, so there’s that :)

I’m not a model. And I’m not trying to be. So you will probably see a lot of “what the…?” pictures, too. Because I plan to have fun with this and not take myself so seriously.

Moving forward. Let’s start this off right with my favorite skirt in my closet, my new MSGM panther skirt. I wore this in Dallas with the girls this past weekend and had so much fun in it. I just really like a good, quirky piece that you can dress up or down. It’s fun with a printed top or with a sleeveless chambray shirt. MSGM‘s spring collection is pretty much my favorite right now.

MSGM skirt, gifted iris & ink top from the Outnet, lizzie fortunato clutch (i like this lf clutch too),

Like I said, there will be some weird photos… Was I, like, about to sneeze or something?

If you like the panther print check out the cross back dress and the sleeveless top!

I am so so so so happy to tell y’all about the collaboration I had with Hampden Clothing as their very first guest style editor.

If you haven’t been to Hampden’s site in awhile then get ready to be blown away because it’s all sorts of pretty and fun to look at. I especially love their “magazine” feature full of party pictures, behind the scenes gossip, fashion features, and designer interviews.

Charleston is incredibly lucky to have Hampden Clothing located right downtown, so I was able to stop in to hang with the owner, Stacy Smallwood, while taking my time choosing my favorite Hampden picks. One of these favorites is this amazing Current/Elliott & Mary Katrantzou collaboration shift dress. How fun is the print?

And naturally I had to mix Hampden’s two brightest pieces together. I think the Malene Birger lace top pairs perfectly with this Timo Weiland skirt.

And of course the Tucker and Loeffler Randall shoe collaboration of floral loveliness that can go with pretty much anything.

These hardly even scratch the surface. Go check out all of my 12 favorite Hampden picks right here. And there’s also a fun little LLL + Hampden q&a that I took part of where I admit that I would forget underwear before I’d forget my iphone. You know, just keeping it classy one day at a time. But really, I dish on my favorite Charleston restaurants, who’s closet I want to move into… It’s fun stuff.

** This post brought to you by Hampden Clothing. All opinions, as always you guys, are mine. **
