I’m coming off of a lovely weekend spent in KY and IN visiting family (less than 45 hours there, quite jam packed). While turning the calendar to April I’m feeling…. light. There’s something about being surrounded by rolling hills that just eases the mind. Leaves me craving simple things like homemade mashed potatoes and corn pulled from your own field.
Alright, so it’s not like I live in the middle of NYC, but there is just something about being surrounded by all that air.
