Allow me to share with y’all how important it is for me to have a stock of “safe” dresses. These are dresses that I can grab from my closet most any day or night that leave me worry free about how big my arms or waist appear. I mean, this shit is important for a good time. That gauze picnic dress, the oversize sleeve dress, and the floral dress all fit into my description of a safe dress. Word.

Last week I attended the Tibi + Hampden Clothing runway event at the Charleston Library Society. It was bonkers. Amy Smilovic designed yet another killer collection for Pre-Fall 2014. Wanna see?
