Last week I fell in love with this Rebecca Minkoff floral dress. It swirls around my feet and has an elastic top making it easy for wearing on or off the shoulders. It’s a really pretty print, too.

In case you’re wondering, this is in front of Rarebit. One of my favorite places to go downtown.

My exact Chanel clutch is no longer available but here are a bunch of similar Chanels. Also, these Marie Turners are gorgeous looks for less! And for even less, this new quilted Clare V clutch is awesome.

My friend Morgan owns Shop Buru (a super cute store with moms in mind) and I’m so honored to be a part of her new Before, During, & After series. So the idea is that 3 women wear one dress at different stages of their lives as a new mom and beyond. Take a look at how freaking cute Rebecca Minkoff (yes the designer!) looks with her baby bump in her own dress!

Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale begins Friday morning y’all. Big crazy stupid deals. One of the biggest sale events of the year. All of the sale items are new pre-fall/fall arrivals making it one of the best ways to prepare our fall wardrobes.

So why am I telling you about this on Wednesday night? Well, if you’re a card holder you can shop now. If not, then you need to KNOW so that you can set an alarm or something. And of course be sure to stop in here Friday for all of my picks! And come by in the morning tomorrow too, I working on a fun post!

There are two sales going on OKL right now that I’m REALLY into. First up, Heidi Merrick’s tag sale. She is a seriously cool clothing designer and has the most amazing home, all of which making this curated sale of hers not to be missed.

Shop Heidi’s OKL sale here – I’m kind of freaking out over the moroccan towels that are on sale!

Second, the Like A Parisian sale. There are all sorts of cool furnishings and objects but I want to focus on the art. There are some really neat pieces in there.

Last week Gray came over to my house for a swim afternoon. I had partnered up with Seagram’s Escapes for a summery outfit post, and we both agreed that this would be an easy and fun way to capture the look. No reason not to mix business with pleasure, right? The goal was simple – create a look inspired by the Keep It Colorful mantra that is Seagram’s Escapes.

So I pulled out one of my favorite cover-ups. I have a whole array of bikini covering tunics because I use them so much in the summer. This L*Space tunic is fun with it’s swingy arms and skirt. I also love the bright blue color (but it comes in white as well). It’s also on sale right now.

Please note, Josh mowed the grass 3 hours after Gray and I took these pictures. Go figure. And sorry for the radio silence yesterday. We’re currently on vacation in Wrightsville Beach and I didn’t manage to get the computer out before now.

Matine… I’ve been a fan for a couple of years now, you might remember. And my adoration for all things Carolyn, Matine’s maker, does just grew stronger. She’s managed to stick to her clean and simple lines style while achieving total uniqueness. Check out her new summer line.

SOOOOO good. I couldn’t even begin to pick a favorite – the prima clutches & pouches are fun, but the totes are all so good, too. Check out the whole new collection right here.

The new arrivals the last week have been kinda slow I feel like, so I’ve been saving up my favorites for a good post. And here it is…

black sweater, stripe toteeberjey pjs, lace shift dress

pineapple necklace, romper, lizard pumps

heeled sandalslinen peplum topgrey tee dress

black flounce dress, gray bag, ankle strap booties

How cute are the Eberjey pjs? The cami even has a shelf bra which is nice. And that cute long sleeve dress is only $75 and comes in black too. The square collar sweater is so cool. And those heeled Chinese Laundry sandals are so cute with the scallop back and are only $80.
