Lilly’s easing into fall with some new Old Navy things. Little steps. I think I’ll love this sweater best with skinny jeans, but Lilly prefers it paired with the black circle skirt. Both cute.
And oh hey, this is my house. I know some of you have been curious.
Big, Bigger, BIGGER. But seriously, you know I like some big art. So I’m loving this 50% Large Scale Photography sale going on.
Just a few of my favorites. How cool would that Derby Spectator picture be on a wall?! I’m obsessed with so many. There are a ton of cool oversized pieces over there for half off. Check them all out right here.
Good Monday morning! I hope you had a nice weekend. I have a fun post centered around fall boots today. Fall boots from my favorite cool but affordable shoe spot – Sole Society!
I’m such a poser. Happy in my happy spot here in Charleston. This was one day about a week ago when Gray and I met to walk around The Battery downtown. A must see spot if you’re visiting Charleston. So many historic mansions and beautifully designed gardens lined up right on our city’s harbor. Battery Park is right there too, a good little spot to sit and have lunch or let your kids run. My tip – stop by Goat Sheep Cow on nearby Church Street for sandwiches before you walk over. But get there early, when they run out they run out.
So these slouchy suede Sole Society Natasha boots are super comfy and easy, perfect for a stroll around town. Great with leggings (like my favorite Spanx leggings I’m wearing here), jeans, skirts, shorts, or dresses. Anything.
And if you’re looking for a pretty version of the super popular bucket bag – I love this one I’m carrying by Sole Society. It hangs comfortably (super soft) and is current and cute.
Okay this photo here is definitely a weirdo picture but I wanted y’all to see how the sleeves are on this Helmut Lang sweatshirt. Totally cozy. Just like all of us. I mean, would I post this weirdo picture if we weren’t close? Worth noting, it’s fuzzy on the inside!
Have y’all heard about Plated? The new dinner network that lets you order boxed dinner ingredients from a menu designed by chefs. Does that make sense? So you look over the weekly menu and order “plates” that sound up your alley. What gets delivered to you (on a day you specify) is a box of all the ingredients needed and instructions of how to prepare it. Kinda fun, right?
Plated provided me with some free plates to try out so I just placed my order. It’s not really something that i envision myself doing every week since I have 2 picky eating children, but it could definitely be fun to change things up sometimes for Josh and me. Sorta forces you to try cooking something new in the easiest way possible. Check out Plated to see the menu in your area. Note, it shows you a week’s worth of meals (7 total). If you change the delivery date you can see upcoming weekly menus and plan ahead, too! That’s what I did.
