It’s been a while since I shared a life lately post so here goes. It’s a long one and in no particular order.
My friend Charlotte and I in Toms for Target’s Together Sweater. Perfect for upcoming holiday crazy sweater parties! Also my sunglasses are Red’s.
Trying out the Charlotte Olympia cat flats at Bob Ellis here in Charleston (also available online here).
This home in Charleston blooms pink every fall. Isn’t it magical?
Lilly and Fletcher’s new thing is taking baths in our tub. I guess I understand why since it’s bigger than Lilly’s.
My friend Deirdre’s collab with Lettermade turned out some amazing cocktail napkins that are pretty enough to frame!
Some pretty things, the Everlane catalog (how amazing is that sleeveless sweater?), these new “x” Theodosia earrings, and this fun metallic travel mug from J.Crew (currently 30% off).
Blurry selfie with my bud Jackie at the Mignonne Gavigan trunk show.
Speaking of Jackie, let’s all ooh and ahh over her Charleston letterpress print! The COOLEST. Some pretty bauble bar bling too (this and this).
We went to Kentucky and Indiana for a weekend to see my fam. Here’s Lilly with a couple of her cousins. These kids have so much fun together. While we were home my Dad surprised us all with a trip to Disney over the holidays. All the kids are on a high right now. (Lilly is wearing a Crewcuts coat.)
Snapped this on our way back into Charleston. So beautiful.
We’ve been lighting a lot of fires lately.
We celebrated both the kids’ birthdays this past weekend with one big party with friends. They’re just two weeks apart and have so many mutual friends that it’s more fun this way. They wanted another party at the park with a jump slide and pizzas. Done. And don’t worry, there were more than 2 friends at the party, this was taken after it ended. Fletcher’s wearing this cute fuzzy vest (currently 30% off).
This peanut picked out this outfit for her school pictures. Love the little Old Navy Hat and sparkle shoes (30% off right now).
Spent a very cold afternoon on the golf course helping with the Captain Cliff Tournament. But it was a lot of fun and benefits the families of fallen solders. My friend Anna and I were laughing because we showed up in the same coat (very similar).
And I’m also obsessed with this coat. Pink with pink fur!! (It runs large.)
My friend Teil Duncan borrowed my house for a little product shoot. Her new prints and stationary items are up in her shop!
Put this How To book on your shopping list for any kids in your life. It’s darling. The illustrations are beautiful and it’s all about exploring whimsical ways of doing ordinary things.
We had a neighborhood street party celebrating OOH Event’s 20 year anniversary. It was so pretty and I took Fletcher and Lilly down there to party.
Lilly snapped this of my neighbor friend Charlotte and me. Not bad.
I know it’s getting cold but I couldn’t help ordering these Loeffler Randall slides. I live in shoes like this that I can just step into when walking out the door with my kids.
Gospel Brunch at Halls downtown, favorite in town. This was how Josh and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary.
Have you seen Bauble Bar’s Play by Ear gift set? It’s a large set of earrings that can be mixed and matched to wear 100 ways. Such a great gift idea! Here are a couple of my favorite pieces from the set.
