Good morning from Amelia Island. I’m here with my family (about 30 of us) for the week and we’re having a great time. In honor of beach week, here’s a packing wish list in a white, black, and blue theme (which actually wasn’t planned).

It’s in the 90’s here, so the sweaters (that cute black stripe one and the white cardigan) would only be handy in an air conditioned room :) But that little white blouse could be worn all week. As well as that simple blue and white stripe top! I’m in love with that striped tie skirt. And I’d love to wear that white embroidered tunic to the pool this week.
But really, what did physically come with me down here are a whole lot of these swimsuits, this slouchy tee in 3 different colors, this white tie front dress (30% off right now), and this tie dress as well, this cross-body bag (also on sale), these fun slide sandals, and this new blue and white cut out dress. With a beach vacation right around the corner, and not to mention being in the thick of summer over here, I have sunny days on my mind.

So that pink umbrella print just pulls me right in. Aren’t the colors beautiful? And I know I’ve shared that stripe chaise before but I just can’t get over it – love the scallop trim! The pale blue greek key umbrella is so good, and I could go for a set of those navy bistro chairs.
Now just for something to wear to this pretty set up. This dress is pretty fab.
Edit: Please keep Charleston in your thoughts and prayers after last night’s tragic shooting at a downtown church. So senseless and sad. Praying for peace for the families.
Did you know that this Sunday June 21st is national Wear Your Lilly day? As in Lilly Pulitzer. You’re probably not surprised to learn that my Lilly loves Lilly, because duh. It’s even spelled the same. So this a holiday she’s especially pumped about.
Lilly also likes ice cream. Any other locals love Beardcat’s on Sullivan’s? The chocolate chip flavor is our favorite, as seen here :)
Isn’t her little LP blue shift dress adorable? She regularly comes downstairs in it. We’re heading on a family vacation soon and she’s already announced that it’s her best Florida dress, ha!
My yellow dress is Lilly Pulitzer, too. And it goes perfectly with my summer white La Mer wrap watch.
How’d I get so lucky to have such a sweet girl?! I’m grateful every single day.

Just a few freaking adorable summer dresses. I have that pink dress in navy and love it!
They’re all adorable, but for myself I especially love the black cutout dress, the stripe maxi, and the navy embroidered dress.
