Gift cards are a great gift for the holidays, and this year I’ve partnered with a long time family favorite, Home Depot, to show an easy way to make your Home Depot Gift Cards feel more personal! My kids love to do crafts, so I enlisted their help putting together Home Depot’s unfinished picture frame kits.
The kits are simple enough for the kids to confidently build (with adult assistance)! All you need is a small hammer. I also picked up some sharpie makers for the kids to use to decorate them.
You just place the 4 pieces together like the picture on the instructions shows you…
And then nail each side in place with the provided nails – there are already pre-drilled holes so this is really simple and clear.
They were so proud!
The next morning Lilly and Fletcher decorated their frames using the sharpie markers I mentioned earlier. They got to choose exactly how they wanted to design them.
Home Depot’s holiday gift card selection is full of fun options this year. They each chose one gift card to place inside the picture frame. I did trim down the cards so that they would fit inside the frames.
This is such an easy way to make your Home Depot gift cards feel a little more personal while at the same time providing a fun holiday craft for your kids! I have a feeling this will be our new tradition.
