There are so many photos from my Nantucket trip over the 4th of July that I decided to dedicate a whole post to it! My friends Julia and Thomas rented a house in Sconset for a week and invited us and I couldn’t resist heading up for a few days (sadly Josh couldn’t make it). I always knew that Nantucket was gorgeous, but it is seriously so pretty that the pictures don’t do it justice!
From left to right – Carly, me, Gray, and Julia.
I wearing this white linen button down dress and pom pom bag.
We stayed in this gorgeous flower covered home in Sconset. It was adorable and every detail was well thought out (which as you can guess I was soaking up for Coral House).
I think my favorite part of the trip was riding the beach paths with the top down, music blaring, and singing and dancing.
We made the walk to the Great Point Lighthouse.
I wore this lace up swimsuit, this tassel tunic coverup, and I borrowed Julia’s cute bow hat because, you know, sun spots and wrinkles.
Seriously, everywhere we stepped was a photo op. :) Below I’m wearing one of my favorite Rhode Resort dresses with this banana clutch (which is currently on sale) and these earrings.
Our morning coffee spot. The weather was so nice compared to the humidity in Charleston.
The whole town was decorated for the Fourth, loved the spirit.
Maybe my second favorite thing about the trip was this sailboat ride. We brought little cans of rose and it was blissful. I wore this red dress.
Beautiful view for evenings at the house.
Okay actually my most favorite part of the trip was playing head’s up every night. So much fun. And check out our matching Lake pajamas :)
The flowers on Nantucket are almost fake they’re so pretty.
I’m wearing this floral dress with this woven clutch (only $35). Also I pretty much wore these block heel sandals the whole time because they are my most favorite.
Moral of the story blog is, Nantucket is amazing.
