This week’s latest and greatest finds that I want to buy and put in my newly organized closet! I feel like this mix is holiday event heavy which makes sense because I’ve been scanning for party looks (dressy and casual) lately!
Whether I like it or not jeans are a necessary means to leaving the house during colder months. These Everlane 90’s cheeky jeans are my fave. But this post isn’t about the jeans it’s about what to wear with the jeans. Last week I wore my new Crosby pink sweater and love it so much. It has bubble sleeves and a little retro feel. Love!!
That red fleecy top looks so cozy and comes in a lot of great color combos! I really like that dramatic ruffle sleeve on the blue floral top. And Everlane’s sweaters have NEVER let me down. I own more of their sweaters than any other brand’s. Oh lastly, is there anything better than a FRESH non-pilled perfectly draped black sweater? I mean, yes there is, but it’s pretty great…
Raise your hand if you plan to go somewhere warm in the next couple months. I had pre-ordered this De Loreta dress for Thanksgiving in Harbour Island (which we sadly had to cancel and move to January) and I’m so glad I did because I’m obsessed with the print, style and fit! The sleeves are insane! It also comes in this print as well that I’m considering… I’m loving all the resort arrivals happening right now!
Here are some more of the new resorty arrivals that I’m loving right now!
The time has come to end the questioning of “do I buy this couch?” because the Serena & Lily Tent Sale is live! Items are marked up to 50% off!! If I could furnish my home in all S&L I would, and that’s a highly unusual blanket statement for me to make. Here are some of my favorite Serena & Lily pieces!
November and December are my busiest months of the year as far as dinners and parties and events go. While I subscribe to the “you don’t need a new outfit for every event” mentality, it IS fun to have new things to wear! I wore this new long sleeve maxi dress last weekend for a friend’s birthday dinner! It has metallic threading throughout, so even though its comfy and casual it still feels special! I absolutely love the colors of it.
I mean there is something for all the events here – I’d love to wear that avocado green dress! The smocked oversize floral dress is so fun. And let’s just wear those Loeffler heels with everything please.
Happy Monday! We had a cold snap the last few days here in Charleston. My family thinks I’m crazy but cooler crisp air just feels so refreshing to me, as long as I’m dressed for it that is. I’ve been wearing layers for my neighborhood walks and this Cotopaxi fleece jacket from Backcountry is my new fave. I first discovered Cotopaxi last fall when I bought their hooded down jacket and I’ve been a big fan of the brand ever since. I love all of the colors they use in their collection. I have a lot of great Holiday gift ideas for outdoor lovers in this post! If you are a new Backcountry customer then use code LOOKLINGERLOVE for 15% off full-priced items on your first order (exclusions apply).
My leggings are by Prana and are nice and thick and sturdy. Does anyone else keep both summer leggings and winter leggings?
I’ll always love my over the ears headphones but I thought it might be time to get a pair of wireless ear buds. These headphones are by Skullcandy and I love them! They suction right in there and stay!! My Raen sunglasses are polarized and come in a lot of color options!
In that close up photo I love that you can see the blue lining of my jacket – I love that detail. My sneakers are by Veja and I really like their slim classic profile.
That skullcandy headphones case is the charger for the ear pieces, too! You just put the ear pieces in their slots and they charge. So easy and organized! Here are more ideas for everyone on your list who loves to spend time outdoors!
