Morning! A little life lately…
My NYC gal pals Grace & Rebecca came to town so we spent some time together. This picture is at Park Cafe.
Some favorite things in high rotation lately. This purse (look a like for less here) and similar heels here.
Selfies.
And a shoe selfie. These are old Johnston & Murphy but here is a similar rug.
Favorite new coffee spot, St Alban. Adorable inside and out.
Some pretty work by Charleston artist, Dorothy Shain.
Lilly loves fresh flowers in her room. It doesn’t happen all the time but I do like to surprise her every once in a while.
I instagrammed this last Tuesday because I was eating a club on a tuesday. Get it? Club going up on a Tuesday. ‘Cause I’m choosy.
House chaos. All day errrday. Hey did you know that you can now get those pendant lights here?
Spotted this adorable greeting on King Street recently.
Bling wipes, try them. Also, those fun earrings are here.
Working on a new bedroom project with GDC.
Remember when I was choosing colors for a desk. Well I went with purple. My bright and shiny purple desk.
Sweater weather. Similar sweater cardigan here for 50% off. Ditto on scarf.
Morning light in our kitchen banquette area.
So seemingly out of nowhere I’ve started running a lot more. I guess all my spin classes have built up my endurance. I snapped this on the bridge last week.
Cutie girl.
Waiting on summer. Palm shift dress and cat slide sandals.
Dying over these Edie Parker clutches at Hampden. The inside is a mirror. So pretty.
PS, Furbish launches a new art pop up shop this morning and it GOOD!
PPS, my friend Deirdre of Candy Shop Vintage is launching a vintage jewelry pop up shop on Garden & Gun’s blog today. Check out the pieces right here.
Thanks Kelsey! That’s by Sally Benedict Read. xoxo
Loving the painting on the purple desk! The one on the left-who is the artist?! Also love the color of the desk!
Yes, thank you! Inspired to paint instead of fork out $$$$ for steel. : )
Hey Stephanie, thank you so much! They’re not steel, we just painted them to give the look :) Hope that helps!
Hi! love your blog. I was happy to see the shots of your kitchen because we are remodeling a house and our kitchen has the same “shape.” I wonder, what types of window are they? They look like steel. Love! Thanks. If I’m missing a house tour somewhere on the blog please advise and I’ll do my own research : )
HIGH maintenance ;) Thanks Carly!
Village Bakery in the Old Village. One of my favorite lunch spots.
Thanks D! :) Hope you’re snuggling that sweet baby today.
Oh thanks for that feedback Michelle. Sometimes I feel like I’m just regurgitating my instagrams and get all in my head about it.
Thanks Kendra :)
You do! I love breakfast and lunch there but hear that dinner is great, too!
