One thing I’d like to focus on this year is being active more often throughout my day. More short work outs, that is. Maybe it’s a brisk walk in the neighborhood, or a 10 – 15 minute pilates, or 30 sit ups, lots of possibilities. I want to make it more of a continuous part of my day, like drinking water, rather than the pressure and dread of one “long” workout (I use the term long loosely, of course).

A few items to stimulate the right vibes and keep me looking and feeling put together whilst performing these many mini workouts. Again, using the term many loosely. I’m not a saint.

bala wrap weights, cowl neck top, sneaker socks,

scalloped set, neck scarf, tinted face sunscreen,

exfoliating bar, grey turtleneck,

pink sneakers, Spanx sports bra

Glossier’s exfoliating bar of body soap, check (smells so good). This is the tinted sunscreen I use and love. That digestive tea reduces bloating and with any luck will help curb my afternoon snack attacks. And I love that cowl neck sweatshirt!
