Our little Elf on a Shelf has landed in the Evans household. Of course, Lilly doesn’t yet understand the whole idea behind it. But she sure does love spotting “Buddy” (appropriately named since Lilly is good with her “B” sounds and we love the movie Elf). This morning she found him sitting in her father’s barrister cabinet.
This time of year is just so magical with children around, don’t you think?

Elf on the Shelf is *fantastic.* When sweet Lily gets older, Buddy can play “naughty” tricks like bring off-limits cereals such as Fruit Loops!

i love elf of the shelf, i think i am going to introduce that to my daughter next year. yes, it is so magical for children. i kinda wish i was one!
