Look Linger Love

I read every night, and I went through a lot of books last year. I just looked through my Kindle (which btw is one of my favorite things in the world, it’s so easy to download books and the battery lasts for like ever and you can see it in the sun which is so nice on the beach… anyway) and wanted to share some of my favorite books I read last year!

A Court Of Thorns & Roses, Tom Lake, A Lady’s Guide To Fortune Hunting

I highly recommend you check all of them out! But a couple of overarching highlights would be that I obviously love a period piece and I love romance. No shame. And a new to me interest is fantasy. I LOVED the Fourth Wing series and the ACOTAR series! If I had to pick just one book for you to start with it would be The Magnificent Lives Of Marjorie Post (it’s based on the General Foods heiress and she was Fabulous)!

Happy Monday morning, I hope you all had a nice weekend. I was hit with either the worst allergies ever or a bad cold, so I took it pretty easy and rested and read a lot. It made me realize that I haven’t shared a favorite books round up post in a while! So today is dedicated to my favorite recent books!

I also loved Where The Crawdad’s Sing but y’all definitely don’t need me to tell you about that one… :) The Irish Cottage is SO good and is the first of a 3 book series – highly recommend them all! I was unsure about The Idea of You but my friend Grace recommended it so hard that I tried it and it didn’t disappoint. And full disclosure, I haven’t finished The Islanders yet, just started it this past weekend, but it’s fantastic so far!! All of them are fantastic. Read them all you guys!! Trust me :)
