With Easter just a couple of weeks away I’m starting to think about Easter basket ideas. We have a lot of family flying in to visit us that whole week, so I’m especially looking forward to it this year. Normally we head up to them. Such a treat to get to stay put and still see some of my family.
Along with the significance of Easter, the holiday also brings to mind color and warm weather. So I used that as a guide for some Easter basket ideas.
This collection of sleeping bags is pretty much the cutest, don’t you think? You can personalize them, too! The swan is my favorite. And I don’t know one kid that doesn’t love a tent, my kids love ours! We also have two of those riders. They zip around our house on the daily, it’s hilarious and fun. Great for riding around on a patio as well. Lilly got one of those Jelly Cat bunnies in her stocking at Christmas, and despite having a gazillion stuffed animals and dolls, the bunny has moved into her favorites rotation and she takes it all over the house. They’re that good and come in different animal options and colors. I had a singing machine when I was little and I can say with 100% certainty that it was my favorite possession. I just love that pink rattan chair, and isn’t that little stripe throw cute, too? Love the idea of using a storage basket that you can actually use later as the Easter basket.
Also included up there are some fun Easter party ideas like the egg hunt kit, the bunny cups, and the Easter themed cookie cutters!
Not shown, but another favorite Easter basket idea is books. My kids recommend Once Upon The Alphabet, The Day The Crayons Quit, How To, and this collection of personalized books where your an make the story about your child!
