Earlier this month the kids and I drove down to Tybee Island (right outside of Savannah, GA) to visit with our friend Meredith and her family at her family’s beach house. Gray and her family were there, too, and we had such a nice time. We did this last summer as well (see the pictures from that trip in this post) and I can only hope we get to do it again next year. It’s a laid back sort of place and Meredith’s beach house is over 100 years old and more lovely than you can imagine. Most of it is not air conditioned, but I kind of like the charm of that (of course I say that now as I sit in the comfort of my kitchen in my air conditioned home..). Regardless, the kids had a blast. Here are some of the photos that Gray managed to snap along the way.
The kids loved exploring that big old house and we loved watching them. Thanks for the little getaway Meredith!
PS, Lilly’s romper is currently on sale for $14.

I don’t know if Gray is a master of her craft or if your kiddos are just so easy to photograph and photogenic, but those images are amazing and all magazine-worthy!
