Happy Monday! It’s been like a month or something since I last shared a life lately post so I figure we are due :)
Charleston has bloomed pink the last couple of weeks and the weather has been just about perfect. Been living in dresses and sandals outside as much as possible. This tie-back dress is by a new favorite brand of mine, Lilla P. Everything is so soft and has a nice weight for perfect draping! Wearing it with my new Chloe bag and cheetah LR sandals!
Sunday lunch at Martha Lou’s – some of the best fried chicken in Charleston.
With some blondie girlfriends at our friend Lauren’s Library collection trunk show at Beckett Boutique on King.
The kids being silly with their friend Poppy :)
And speaking of kids, can we talk about how big Fletcher is getting? Makes my heart happy to see him grow to be this sweet, smart, and funny boy – but a little sad, too. I know this is so normal to feel this way. And random, but I just found a pink version of this rug and it’s so good you have to see it.
Soooo kinda major news in my life, our home is featured on 8 pages in Real Simple’s April’s issue! Sooooo excited about this and I love how it turned out. Go check it out, and more to share on the feature soon.
Coolest beachy sink!! Also wearing my cheetah sandals and this boho dress again.
Went to Obstinate Daughter with all my local girlfriends for my birthday brunch and had the best time on what felt like one of the best days. I feel so lucky to have so many really genuine, fun, amazing ladies in my life.
Shoe line up. I think this was when I was trying to figure out what to wear to Historic Charleston Foundation’s Antique Preview Party last week. It was so much fun. If any of you locals are looking to get involved with protecting Charleston’s historical architecture and heritage please join us! I’m part of the preservationist committee and my whole role is making sure fun parties and events happen for the younger generation to get involved :)
(shoes left to right – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
One of our favorite family spots for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – Vintage. Isn’t it adorable?
Another Lilla P favorite – this swingy top. Wearing with a Lisi Lerch necklace!
Okay, so these round metallic studded sandals might be MY MOST FAVORITE sandals for this summer. I’m obsessed with them. They’re also available here. And carrying my Annabel Ingall tote.
Charleston blues…
Nude lace ups – pretty much a wardrobe necessity for me at this point.
More pretty Charleston.
Fletcher and his buddy Charlie on an ice cream date. He’s wearing this tee and it’s currently on sale.
Wearing my new Raven Roxanne scarf – it’s printed with one of her nude lady paintings! Also denim tuxedo.
There’s those studded Marc Jacob sandals again. Also my red Furla cross body I’ve been carrying around everywhere.
The cobblestones look pretty here in Charleston but they’re tough for navigating in heels… J.Crew pumps and similar pink purse!
Pink house!
With friends at the Garth Brooks concert. It Was Amazing.
So I’m am unreasonably excited about this photo b/c (1) it’s cool (2) i love my fringe sandals but omg (3) it’s featured on J.Crew’s site. But really. See!! Ahhhhh freaking out. Be sure to scroll down to the shiny ponies part.
Stripes on stripes in Lilly’s bath. She has a pretty new pink rug!
Pretty green Charleston door in honor of last week’s St Patty’s day.
Because Josh rarely makes an appearance on the blog…
So this cute pouch actually charges iPhones y’all. Seriously. Best little invention ever. I put my pompom key chain on it. Also my petal pink studded pumps.
One of many park days. I want Lilly’s stripe dress in my size!!
My friend Colleen’s pink chair has me scheming up reasons I need to get one (I don’t). But I found this one anyway. Plus the sheepskin throw.
Last week I went to my friend Katherine’s LulaKate bridal show hosted by Charleston Weddings Magazine. It was at William Aiken and sooo beautiful.
I wore my yellow off the shoulder dress (also available in red here, and then I also found a super cute more casual version of it here). And y’all might remember I blogged this blue dress that Gray ordered. It’s so adorable and is under $90 and also comes in black!
