Look Linger Love

Good morning, I have a reader request post for you today! I got a DM asking if Lilly could put together a list of of her Spring Break picks, and she was happy to do it for us! She’s job shadowing me for school today, probably so she could sleep in and hang out with her friends for part of the day, but she pulled together all of these spring break/summer finds for us! Many of these are her own tried and trues and then a few things are from her wishlist!

Lilly got this 3 in 1 blowout dryer brush for Christmas and she uses it all the time – it’s pretty legit and a great price point! There are a few things here that Lil loves just as much as me, this deodorant, this hydrinity spray, and this portable charger. Clothing wise – how adorable are these ruffle tops?! Love the raffia clutch, too! And she just might need this dress for Harbour Island!

Story time – About a month or so ago Lil asked for Rainbow sandals. It immediately brought me back to being 21 years old, the summer I interned on Fripp Island in South Carolina. This was the pivotal summer that really changed the trajectory of my whole life and how I ended up in Charleston, and not in a Northern city, BUT back to the sandals. Everyone down here had these cool Rainbow flip flops that summer and I was obsessed and obviously needed a pair. And that first pair (of many) was just a super memorable purchase for me. Seeing them on my 15 year old daughter just really feels full circle to me. Lil is going to hate that I’m sharing this story and these emotions in this post, sorry Lil, but it makes me feel happy.

Oh one last thing – I also read Better Than The Movies – so happy to see that make it on her list.
