As a mother it’s important to me that I raise strong, confident children. So when Dove Hair asked Lilly and me to participate in the #LoveYourHair campaign, I jumped at the chance! I love the brand and what they’re doing to empower females.
Dove Hair found that 8 in 10 women feel pressure to wear their hair a certain way. For many, these pressures began at an early age. Dove Hair believes a positive role model can greatly impact a girl’s confidence. I want Lilly to know that her hair is unique and beautiful… just like she is!
So I remind her everyday :)
Lilly loves to wear her hair different ways – one braid, two braids, pig tails, pony tail… But her favorite way is to wear it down (I think she gets that from me).
