Tuesday night Amanda Lindroth hosted the most beautiful dinner party at her home in Lyford Cay, Bahamas. It was truly magical. The setting was perfection, because her porch is beyond. The guests were so fun and inspiring, I got to sit next to Rebecca De Ravenel who is one of my favorite jewelry designers (pinch me). And the tablescape was magic, set with Amanda Lindroth collection pieces. I want to share some photos of the night because I found it all to be just so inspiring. And also right now for Mother’s Day Lindroth Design is offering 25% off their glassware and tablescape items!

Is this not the most dreamy set up?

I wore my new Cara Cara strapless dress. I am obsessed with this cut. The quality and workmanship of Cara Cara pieces is truly elevated. Also my Carrie Forbes raffia block heel sandals are 20% off right now!

That’s Amanda there in the blue and white stripe, which you probably already knew.

I feel so lucky to have been included. I’m linking some of the tablescape items below since I know you may want to take advantage of the Mother’s Day sale at Amanda Lindroth right now – 25% off tabletop and glasses (by the way these wrapped glasses are my most favorite, I have them both at home and at Coral House).

Sponsored by Our Place and ShopStyle

After months of not having a stove in our new kitchen it still feels like Christmas when I see it. We are saving a bajillion dollars not having to order for delivery all the time, lol. And it’s so fun to cook on, especially with my new Our Place Always Pan and Perfect Pot. I first saw them when my friend Grace posted about how much she loves hers, and I’m so happy to tell you that I love them just as much! Not only are they beautiful and high quality, but Our Place thoughtfully source their products, package them in biodegradable materials, and offset their carbon footprint. And right now through May 8th Our Place is having their Spring Sale where you get the Always Pan for $115 ($145 value), the Perfect Pot for $125 ($165 value), OR the Home Cook Duo like I have (Always Pan + Perfect Pot) for only $225 ($310 value)! Plus up to 20% off of everything else on their site – such a great Mother’s Day gift! And the color options you guys – so many pretty colors!!

So what makes the Our Place Perfect Pot and Always Pan so wonderful? Their ability to be so many tools all in one (which is why they keep selling out!)! The Perfect Pot does everything from boiling to baking, crisping to steaming, straining to serving! And the Always Pan replaces your fry pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucepan, and more! It steams dumplings in a flash!

And the Our Place pieces even have integrated spoon rests so no more messy countertops!

One of my personal favorite features is how easy it is to strain with the Perfect Pot! It has a generous pour spout and has handy indicators on the lid to let you know which side is strain and which side is pour! No more washing separate strainers with a thousand little holes!

Our Place pieces are lightweight yet sturdy with really good heat distribution. And they have a slippery non-stick ceramic coating free of toxic materials (no Teflon or PTFEs or PFA), making them not only safe, but also super easy and fast to clean (another one of my favorite details)!!

Our Place Perfect Pot

Burrata Tomato Burst Pasta Recipe:

Heat 1/4 c EVOO with minced 4 cloves of garlic and some basil (low heat)

Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst (maybe 20 minutes)

Meanwhile boil your pasta and drain

Add the cooked pasta to the cooked tomatoes

Add in your Burrata cheese

Top with generous salt and pepper (and more basil if you wish)

I love how Our Place has streamlined my kitchen and made the cooking process so much more simple! The Always Pan and Perfect Pot would make a great Mother’s Day gift to yourself or the Mothers in your life! And seriously you guys, the color options are so good you have to see them – so many pretty shades!! I have this “Blue Salt” color! Take advantage of the Our Place Spring Sale where you get the Always Pan for $115 ($145 value), the Perfect Pot for $125 ($165 value), OR the Home Cook Duo (Always Pan + Perfect Pot) for only $225 ($310 value)! Plus don’t forget also take up to 20% off of everything else on their site!

We are slowly but surely making our new house feel all settled (our dishwashers finally arrived last week!). One of the new updates that makes me the most happy is our new window treatments from Hunter Douglas. I wanted custom roman shades for our family room and some of our bathrooms, and I worked with Hunter Douglas because their quality is seriously top notch, and they have partnerships with amazing artists. Our roman shades are made with Rebecca Atwood fabric, one of my favorite designers, and I love the subtle pattern and color it adds to our space! Here in Charleston Hunter Douglas partners with Kiawah Island Shades for all of the measuring and installation and it was the easiest process!

These colors in my room have Springy Easter vibes to me so I thought I’d go with that feel since Easter is so close with some house item updates for Spring entertaining!

abstract painting, blue ginger jar, raised wooden tray,

blue napkins, rattan cake stand, Lapco hand soap, blue table runner,

stripe foldable chair, green candle tapers, Brightland olive oil,

cream and blue rug, blue chaise lounge, hydrangea vase

That raised wooden tray is the perfect way to make all of your countertop necessities look styled and pulled together! I adore those foldable chaises and chairs – so so cute!! A chic hand soap for your powder room is always a nice touch. And if you haven’t tried Brightland olive oil then you must – it’s my fave!

Thank you to Hunger Douglas for partnering with me on the roman shades! #ad

TGIF! I’ve been saving some of my favorite art finds for this post and I just love seeing them all here together. There is sometime for everyone and every room here!

beige figure, vase of flowers, newspaper photograph,

pink floral, blue jungle, citrus photograph,

blue circles, lady in garden, pink abstract face,

ladies lounging, pink landscape, vogue cover, continuum drawing

The lady on the phone in the garden. Gah so fun. The blue circles on blue piece, perfect ANYWHERE. The photograph of Michael Caine with the newspaper circa 1965 would make such a cool Father’s Day gift. And the Vogue covers are all so fun!
