Yesterday was no regular Monday and today is no regular Tuesday, because today is Amazon Prime Day!! I think this one is for all of us because is anyone actually not a Prime member in 2020?! It’s their biggest sale and promo event and is the best time to stock up on things you’ve been considering or to start your holiday shopping!

My favorite underwear up there and for all of you wild thong ladies out there they make that version, too! That hoop mug is so fun for kids and is made by a kid (!!) and there are different styles for different sports. We’ve ordered these Echo dot smart speakers for the kids for their birthdays. And these high waist workout leggings are a really good price. Here are some more of my favorite Amazon finds:

This ribbed pullover sweater is not too heavy and not too thin!

The cutest flannel shorts pajama sets for $20! More colors, too.

I own these terry fleece jogger sweatpants and can personally vouch for them! I have the indigo heather color along with the matching sweatshirt because I am a certified young person.

Last but not least, cotton sweaters are my favorite of all the sweaters (thanks to allergies) and this turtleneck sweater is the perfect basic sweater and comes in 10 different color options!!

OKAY head over to AMAZON PRIME DAY right here!

We recently enjoyed a little staycation at the newly renovated Post House Inn in the Old Village. Every single inch of the hotel is gorgeous. Ben and Kate Towill of Basic Projects (you might especially know them from Basic Kitchen) are the new owners and are the genius behind the design and amazing menu at the restaurant. Here are some of the photos I took during our stay.

There are only 7 rooms in the Inn and they’re all special and unique. We were on the 3rd floor in room 5! I loved it.

Sampling the mini bar in my PH robe for the full experience.

The kids checked in with me so they could see the hotel, but stayed at their grandparent’s that night. Josh met me in time for cocktail hour and dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which is one of my favorite spots in Charleston. I’ve been at least 1 -2 times times every week since they opened. It’s nearly embarrassing but it’s true. My favorite dishes included the butterbean burger, the regular burger, the crab toast, and the fried chicken! And the fried polenta!!

Breakfast is included with your stay and is the most beautiful display. You can have it in your room or downstairs.

Note the wooden frame glass dividers for social distancing. Easily the most chic dividers ever.

If you’re looking for a great spot to stay and/or eat in Charleston you must check out Post House Inn. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Today’s post has everything from a cozy sweater that is actually flattering, to a VERY chic collection of kitchen knives, to a beautiful ring that stopped me in my tracks.

You didn’t have to wait long to see the cozy but flattering sweater. I love the braided detail and the slightly puffy sleeves.

It’s the time of year when I make a soup weekly, so we use a lot of storage bowls and these enamelware nesting bowls are the prettiest! They’re currently on sale at Nordstrom!

I have these Tory Burch boots in black and truly couldn’t love them more. They’re comfortable, insanely well made, go with both dresses and jeans, and I always get compliments on them. This dark tan color is really pretty.

And here is the baby vine vibrant ring that stopped me in my tracks. It’s so unique and comes in different color options. I’m intrigued with the whole line!!

I could be talking about so many different things in this photo above but let’s just focus on that beautiful rattan table lamp. Isn’t it amazing??

How freaking cool is this 3D sphere puzzle?! Each tile is an individual color and it comes together so beautifully. I think this would be a really neat gift, and especially cool in a kid’s room!

THIS is the coat that you throw on when you just want to cover it all up and huddle in. Yet it’s SO chic. I like the high collar and the wrap belt.

And the knives! Here are the knives!! They have a little vintage feel and come in a subtle pale pink and a muted grey as well.

Now SHE is a beautiful fall bag. Slouchy yet structured, soft suede the prettiest shade of caramel, and a roomy yet compact size.

Serena & Lily’s new lounge chair is giving me exactly what I want with this blonde wooden frame, honeycomb cane back, and customizable fabric.

And last but not least this cascade collar wood and cashmere coat. That vintage blue color. I knowwwww. A pretty look-a-like for less here.

Every year I get really excited to put up our halloween bats. It’s been a tradition for our fam for 9 years and it never gets old to me. I haven’t gotten them up this year quite yet, but it’s coming!!! This is a photo is from a Halloween past, I couldn’t guess which year.

Featured Above:

For those of you who also like to get a little festive for the holiday, here are some pretty adorable (and not too cheesy) ideas!

I love these pumpkin mugs and they’ll last through Thanksgiving, too! These rattan pumpkins will last forever. These pumpkin planters are beautiful centerpieces and would work well for halloween candy, too!

Happy Weekend, Everyone!

That abstract face is by one of my new favorite Etsy shops – the artist has SO many!! That ceramic utensil holder/ipad dock is pretty genius. This pillow shop has some really awesome fabrics. And isn’t this concrete vase with wave tray cool? Such a pretty way or organize, and would work as a bookend, too!
