Our Holiday Card With Shutterfly

We just got our holiday cards delivered from Shutterfly and they turned out SO fun this year! I chose the Happy Headline Holiday Card because it feels very clean and joyful. I added on the Pearl Shimmer Cardstock option as well as the Round Corners upgrade. Like many of Shutterfly’s card designs this card is customizable and can also be printed to read “Merry Christmas”, “Happy Hanukkah”, or “Happy New Year”. The photo I used is from summer in Harbour Island. I love an unexpected, non-staged holiday photo!

I chose the red envelopes with the red Christmas tree liners! So festive and fun.

Another holiday season necessity for me is personalized Holiday Stickers! These Good And Jolly Stickers are great for the back of envelopes but I especially like using them as gift tags on hostess gifts! My Clean Beauty Hero Product

Favorite Winter Recipe: White Chicken Chili

It’s the perfect excuse for me to re-share one of my best recipes that I shared probably 12 years ago! I still get messages about my White Chicken Chili. It’s a house favorite and it’s so easy to make. And nothing produces a better batch than cast iron, so I’m thrilled about my new Le Creuset!

Fun fact, Le Creuset’s US headquarters is here in Charleston so they’re a big favorite around here! This is my 4th piece. They’re so well made and are really easy to cook with. The Dutch Oven shape is perfect for slow-cooking, braising, roasting, baking and more. And it’s oven-safe as well as dishwasher-safe!

Like I said above, I originally shared this white chicken chili recipe probably 12 years ago. It’s so popular that people still message me about it. It’s so easy and so delicious that I decided to share it again!

WHITE CHICKEN CHILI RECIPE:

1 T EVOO or Butter

4-5 Garlic Cloves

1 t Ground Cumin

1.5 t Ground Oregano

1/4 t Cayenne

3 C Shredded Cooked Chicken (I use Rotisserie)

(1-2) 4 Oz Cans Chopped Green Chilis

(2) 2 Oz Cans Great Northern Beans (drained & rinsed)

6 Cups Chicken Stock (I like Progresso)

2-3 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Heat up the evoo or butter over low to medium heat and saute the garlic. Add the chicken, chilis, and spices. I usually let this all hang together for about 2 minutes or so. Next, add the beans and the chicken stock. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1.5-2 hours. Remove from heat and add the cheese. It’s ready to serve, and is great with even more cheese on top!
