Soooo pretty much everything that Lilly is wearing in today’s post I want. Starting with that little side bow tank top from Old Navy!

And her pretty colored water bottle. It even matches :)

And this Old Navy striped scarf is something I’ll definitely be borrowing this spring!

And aren’t these Old Navy fringe booties adorable? All the mini me fashion!

Plenty of pretty things for women at Old Navy right now, too – I predict everyone will have this dress this summer. And this embroidered swing blouse is super cute as well!

Some seriously cool Valentine balloons that ship free – great for your bff or kids! A moroccan rug with just a touch of pink – perfect! Tassel necklaces for under $20. And, again, the pocket man friends because I’m obsessed with them and Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse.

One of my favorite things for Lilly to wear is a jumpsuit, so it goes without saying that she needed to have these Old Navy denim overalls. Pure cuteness!!

Cute over tees, tanks, or button downs. But I really love it paired over this Old Navy striped sleeve tee!

She’s reading one of her Ivy & Bean books. That collection is her favorite – I love them, too :)

So fun! Right now Old Navy is having a great denim sale for the whole family – and up to 40% off site wide! Some of my favorite picks for women are this perfect little trench jacket, this tassel cross body bag, and these faux leather crisscross sandals are beyond amazing.

I am so excited to share this Charleston home tour today! This beautiful place belongs to Sarah-Hamlin Hastings, the talented lady behind Fritz Porter, and her beautiful family. For those of you not in Charleston, Fritz Porter is the unique Charleston retail concept that does the interior design work and sourcing for you. It’s nothing short of extraordinary, trust me. Let’s take a peek inside the curator’s home!

Julia Lynn Photography

I originally fell in love with this home when I saw it in Charleston Magazine. The light and bright interior and family friendly outdoor spaces are stunning. Sarah-Hamlin Hastings purchased the home from her Grandmother and worked with architect David Baker (of McAlpine Tankersley) to help update the home for her family. Sarah-Hamlin also tapped her good friend Lisa Hilderbrand of Welhil Interiors to work with her on the interiors. It’s always hard to make design decisions for yourself, don’t you think? This painting in the photo below is by Elyssa Rundle (1934- 1994) and was purchased at John Pope Antiques.

This next detail is one of my most favorites in the home, Sarah-Hamlin draped white theatre draping fabric over the ceiling! It has the lit up appearance because there are skylights above it!

Love these drapes lining this sitting room!

The painting below is by Charleston artist Tim Hussey, a childhood friend of Sarah-Hamlin’s.

This is a painting of Sarah-Hamlin when she was 14 years old by Charleston artist Martha Thomas. I love this so much.

Mike Kaiser of Kaiser Trabue Landscape Architecture helped the Hastings with their backyard design. Exquisite.

The home is “U” shaped and was designed with many windows in the mind of beautiful views, including this courtyard fountain.

I spy a swurfer swing.

Now THAT’s a family home :) Thank you to Julia Lynn for sharing these photos with us, and to Sarah-Hamlin Hastings for answering all of my questions! Be sure to stop into Fritz Porter in the newly renovated Cigar Factory here in Charleston to say “hi”!
