Happy Monday! Here’s a little of my life lately…
We had such a great Mother’s Day weekend here. These two spoiled me so sweet :) I hope y’all had an amazing Mother’s Day as well.

Here’s Josh and me at the Southern Living Magazine Kentucky Derby party here in Charleston at the Wentworth Mansion. So much fun. I’m wearing this off the shoulder yellow dress and a mini veil because I couldn’t find a hat. And well, I’ll use any excuse to wear a veil.
Been wearing my cross body bag a whole lot. Sorta obsessed. Also my Twine & Twig necklaces. My skirt is old Asos. The crop top is Urban Outfitters. It’s on sale for $19 and comes in a few colors, I love it.

Southern C Summit came to town and I (along with my pal Hanna) co-hosted the parties at Hampden and Croghans. It was such a fun time!

Can you even believe we have less than a week til Mother’s Day??! I mean, May snuck up so fast. If you’re still on the hunt for the perfect gift, I have a few ideas. Many of these I have and fear I couldn’t live without. Like my Keurig, for example.

tote, tape dispenser, scissors, cardigan, earrings,
fitbit bracelets, water bottle, dutch oven, gift card,
longchamp carry-on, scallop bikini, keurig coffee maker
Okay, so a Longchamp bag is always a good idea. So is a gift card to a versatile store like Nordstrom. A year and a half ago my Kindle Paperwhite changed my life. That sounds dramatic, but you know what I mean. It has actually made reading convenient for me, and I read every night now. I love the idea of those Tory Burch for Fitbit bracelets. And I have one of those S’well insulated water bottles – they really are as amazing as everyone says.
And really, the cashmere ponchos are soooo delightful and come in a lot of pretty colors. Perfect for mom.

Good Monday! It’s been awhile since I’ve done a life lately post, so this one is kinda long… just a warning.
A week or two ago we had about 10 of my family members fly in for 5 days to visit. We had SO MUCH FUN. It felt like we were on vacay, too (and we sorta treated it as such with late bedtimes and all that)! Here are the kids with their cousins. They all just have the best time together whenever we see each other which makes my heart happy! These are my older brother’s kids.
I think we took about 5 million rickshaw rides around town.

We’ve has some really great beach days over here. The kids are now playing so well there now, I see great beach days in our future this summer. And I love my pom pom beach tote!

As much as we love precious things around here, we also appreciate adorable clothes that the kids can still get down and play in. Clothes that are great for exploring, running around with friends, picking flowers, and eating ice cream. That’s what Lilly’s outfit is all about today.
