I wore this downtown yesterday afternoon and you guys this sweater just makes me feel cooler than I am. I can’t point to why. But I love it. I have the XS.

Been thinking about caro’s beef ragu recipe she shared this past week and all the ways you can use it. Looks amazing.

Props go out to Julia for this Amazon find. She had these at her little birthday gathering last weekend and they’re legit the prettiest paper napkins and marbled paper plates I’ve ever seen. I got the green marbled, too!

A little random but I just reordered the Jupiter anti dandruff shampoo for the 3rd time and wanted to share it’s the best if you or your kids have dandruff. They rebranded so it looks like this now. This photo is actually the conditioner which is cool too but it’s the shampoo we really love.

I’ve been reading a lot a lot. I think you all know I loved Conform. Also enjoyed If It Makes You Happy and Exit Lane.

These are my new pajamas and they are so cute and so slinky soft. Obsessed with the cornflower blue rattan print. Even Lilly complimented them.

I started All’s Fair last night and I’m not too far into the series but it’s pretty entertaining. Is it the best show of all time? No. But very worthwhile if you’re looking for something fun!

Okay these diamond wedges are pretty much my winter season dressy heel. They’re so freaking pretty. My dress is old and not available right now :(

I’ve gotten lots of requests for lilly’s holiday gift guide, and I’m happy to say she started really diving into this the last two days so it’s coming in the next two days probably. But in the meantime I can assure you that these Parke sweatshirts are on there. Lil has 3. All the girls love them. And they love them oversized. Lilly likes the L/XL size. I know they’re not cheap but they’re guaranteed to be happy.

This is kinda random but if your skin is also freaking out with the colder weather change like mine has been, i swear by the skinpharm recovery lotion. Austin sends me home with this jetset pack after microneedling b/c it’s just so great for sensitive skin and has lots of moisturizer, so i always have some on hand. But she told me to use it anytime my skin is just acting up or needs extra love. It’s amazing.

Here I am in my big, warm and cozy down puffer coat. I have the XS. Also that’s a cashmere shirt underneath I love that too.

Speaking of cozy I came upon this cute sweater on nordstrom and it’s beautiful and only $60. More colors, too. I just keep coming back to this, bc sometimes Nordstrom especially nails a piece. And this is one of them.

Ending with this photo with girlfriends Kensey, Jillian, and Monica last week. I’m wearing this floral dress (size 2) and you can’t see the sleeves here but they kinda make the dress. It’s 75% off right now! Also these red heels and this leather jacket.

Guys don’t forget i’m updating my Holiday Hub Page daily! I especially love My Favorite Gifts.

A fast read today I’d say.

Yesterday was a really fun day kicking off the Charleston Literary Festival with breakfast at the Swordgate House celebrating Jenna Bush and Ariel Sullivan! Now through next weekend there are so many amazing talks happening at the Dock Street Theatre. Here’s the schedule!

I wore one of my Sloane dresses b/c they’re the best. Also this bag and these heels.

Some favorite comfy clothes, these airessentials joggers, this long sleeve tee, these suede shearling slides, and my cozy socks.

And how adorable is this zip fleece?

And last night I went to the Charleston Lit Fest party! The theme was Jane Austen’s birthday party. Such a fun night.

I wore this green dress (got so many compliments), and this sparkly bag. My shoes are very old sadly so i can’t share those.

But here are some new pretty shoes. These red velvet flats are from Lilly Sisto’s collab with Viani Milano.

Last week Cabana came to Charleston for a pop up trunk show party and it was so gorgeous. I am a Cabana fan! I love their style, and their magazine-books are gorgeous.

I wore this button down shirt and these high waist jeans and gold heels. also my necklace and my bag.

I got this metallic fringe top (I have the XS and it runs quite small fyi) and these leather pants for holiday time and LOVE them both!!

This is a screengrab from a book update I recorded (sorry for the close up) and wanted to share my sweater b/c it’s like 50% off now. Also I just love this oval charm necklace.

A recent outfit I wore to my friend’s birthday lunch! This espresso long sleeve tee, these jeans, these black flats. And my paracord bead necklace that I wear all the time.

Just got these crystal party wedges!

And finally another jewelry pieces I’ve been wearing a lot are these new moissanite earrings. I got the big size and they’re just so sparkly and so impactful. I love them!!

Happy November! I loved October but I’m thrilled that we are entering the holiday season. Am I ready to put up my tree? No. Have I begun buying cute little ornaments in preparation? Yes, I just got this one. I’m also ready to get my holiday party wardrobe ready!

I immediately fell in love with this cute crystal top and crystal skirt. They’re so fun together but also can so easily be mixed with other things, too.

Happy Halloween. I’m sorry this is not Halloween themed. This is a random post of the things currently taking up my thoughts. Everything from the book I’m still thinking about 3 days after finishing it, to a workout I’m loving, and an app I’m obsessed with, and a celeb crush. Let’s do it

Olivia Dean – When I took this screenshot it was probably after about 5 times of seeing various images of Olivia in my feed. I mean obviously she’s incredibly beautiful. But her fashion is SO elegant, and SO fun, and SO Unique that I’ve kinda developed a crush.

Asos did a really fun fashion feature round up on Olivia.

Conform– I finished this book 3 days ago I think it was, and I cannot stop thinking about this world. The author Ariel and her publisher (Jenna Bush!) are coming to Charleston next week for the Lit Fest and I cannot wait for it.

Also you couldn’t pry my kindle colorsoft out of my hands if you tried.

The Book World – So the book world in general has taken over my life and thoughts, in a really great way. I’m going to more book talks (IE Workhorse last week), book store openings (Ladybird Bookstore opening party 2 nights ago), and listening to podcasts and subsribing to substacks. I love it. This pic is from the Ladybird party – that store is insanely gorgeous you must stop in.

My outfitnavy floral printed pants, brown v neck sweater, tennis necklace, similar brown mules

Diplomat – Have I talked about this recently? I can’t remember but honestly it’s worth repeating. Season three came out a couple of weeks ago ish and I binged the season over a weekend and have gone back and restarted the whole thing. I love this show so much.

I’m just obsessed with Keri Russell.

Book Cover Design – I’ve hired my book cover designer!! I put together this collage of book covers that I’m drawn to just to show her what I like. I’m a bit all over the place but I know I like lots of color and bold title lettering.

If you want to see all of my favorite books I have them rounded up here.

Staud’s new holiday collection – You’ve got to go see this collection in full b/c it’s so good and there are SO many pieces. I can’t get this dress out of my head, and the mini version too, and the top!

Staud’s new holiday collection – bonkers.

Pop up windows have become the bane of my existence – Honestly I can’t open a site without it asking for my location or for my email or to track my activity. It’s driving me insane.

Taken on my way to browse the Sephora Insider Sale, which as it turns out I’m not an insider so I couldn’t see haha.

Doen’s new fringe coat – Doen’s new collection is, surprise surprise, amazing. I can’t stop thinking about this adorable fringe coat.

Doen’s fringe coat

Aditi’s Mat Pilates Classes – I just adore Aditi on Peloton, she’s so cute and has really fast paced pilates classes. My body just always feels better after one of these classes.

Not shown but my sculpt mat is a must for any of my mat classes I do.

My Ziip Treatments – So I just started working with Ziip Microcurrent Device (this mention is not sponsored) and it’s one of those tools that just has me captivated. It has an app that I use every day where it synchs with different treatments you want to do that day. You can focus on face lift, lymphatic drainage, clear skin, plumping your lips, pimples, plumping, the list goes on. Basically it’s just so fun. Also I have a code CHASSITY for 10% off.

Ziip Halo – code CHASSITY

Comfy Cozy Clothes – Our house is pretty much always cold. And it hits even moreso in the winter so I’m constantly looking for new cute cozy things to wear. I have these wide leg trouser sweatpants and guys I’m here to tell you they’re the best thing!!

trouser sweatpants

And that’s it today. I hope you all have an awesome Halloween :)
