It’s been a while since I’ve shared some of my recent favorite books! Summer is my favorite time to catch up on new releases from my favorite authors. If you’re looking for some great books – I highly recommend all of these!

So I don’t bring it up here very much, but I am a big reader. I read 1 book a week on average, sometimes more if I’m traveling or have extra time. I’ve been like this since childhood where I would devour Sweet Valley High and Baby Sitter Club books in nearly a day (we lived in the country and sometimes I just didn’t want to play outside). My reading slowed down a little after having kids because I found it hard to take the time to look for a good book with the kids chattering with me in the aisle. But now that I have my Kindle Paperwhite I’m back at it because I can download books in a hot second. I stay up later than I should thanks to this little hobby but I can’t help myself. In my defense, I rarely watch tv.
I know summer is over and that is when a lot of people like to dive into a good novel, but I wanted to share 9 of my favorite recently read books with y’all anyway. Disclaimer: I lean toward girly, easy reads.

Okay let’s go through some highlights – recipient style…
For Her: Everyone is talking about the Shark hair system!! I don’t have it b/c it’s so similar to my Dyson Airwrap but people swear by this. I DO have this striped sweater in another colorway and it is LEGIT. Trust. I get so many DMS saying how happy everyone is with it. And please – the Spanx shaping undies only for the ladies you’re really close with, haha, we don’t want to offend anyone. But I love them so much that I wanted to include!
Him: This heated camp chair is a no brainer! The heated smart Ember mug comes in so many colors and is on my own wishlist. And obvs the Yeti cooler is always a good idea and he’d probably love a smaller version of the big daddy he likely already has.
Teen: The Bunny Lulus are all the rage right now, I got one for Lil for her birthday. Lil also has this star sweatshirt and wears it all the time – It’s a brand fave. I actually have this magnetic tripod and it’s the best tripod I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few. And the black keychain for all their bags – so fun.
Hostess/Teacher/Secret Santa/Anyone: The gingerbread man mold is so cute and festive. Everyone LOVES this Ninja air fryer and the reviews are so good – plus it’s 25% off right now. And again, the rechargeable lamps are just always a good idea!
