January and February are officially unofficially the months of sweats. All the more better if you can leave your house to run the little errand or school pick up in them. One of the many reasons I love a sweatshirt dress.

Wearing:

grey sweatshirt dress, everlane white court sneakers

Can we just pause for a moment of appreciation for Lilly willingly and happily taking these photos for me? She’s 12, so how much longer do I have?? Sooner or later she’ll die of humiliation. Anyway, here are some more adorable sweatshirts, pants, and dresses to get you through the next few months of chill!

black sweatpants, black ruched sweatshirt, grey sweatshirt, butter fleece sweatpants,

green collared sweatshirt, grey asymmetrical sweatshirt, pink sweatshirt, navy dress,

green dress, brown fleece sweatshirt, green polo sweatshirt, half zip sweatshirt

Okayyyy loving the pocket front funnel neck sweatshirt dresses – they’re cute enough for dinner!! And I have the green polo sweatshirt it’s one of my favorite tops and it comes in more colors! That black ruched sleeve sweatshirt is super cute with jeans and also comes in more colors. And if you’re going for comfort alone well then here you go!!

My mind has been overtaken by our new house renovation. There are just so many choices that need to be made, and quickly. I had forgotten how stressful it can get. I love looking for home things, as you know, but when it comes to making the definite-no-going-back-decisions? Ack. But it has to be done. Today I’m sharing some of the definite-no-going-back-decisions for our kitchen and dining space! The kitchen flows into the dining space so it all needs to live comfortably together.

The La Cornue Range is the first thing that we ordered for our kitchen. She basically set the tone for the design since you have to start somewhere! We’ve ordered Urban Electric lighting (made here in Charleston!) in the kitchen to go over the island and for task lighting along the perimeter walls. The round rattan pendants will go over our dining table. I love our upholstered dining chairs and they’re definitely worth waiting for (currently estimating a December delivery!!) they just look so comfy and chic. I still need to find our counter stools but I do really love these new ones holy moly they’re gorgeous. The marble checkerboard floor (this is similar) will be in the dining area to make that space feel a little more accentuated. In the kitchen our cabinetry will be a mix of white and wood tones with lots of open shelving to open up the space. I foresee plenty of raffia wrapped glasses on these shelves. Oh and we chose the Waterstone Faucet for our sink, it’s a pull down and is a pretty unlacquered polished brass. So overall the feel is light and bright with some warm wood tones and shades of blue!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. It was beautiful here in Charleston and I got to catch up with some friends I hadn’t seen in a while and it was lovely and much needed. We also started packing up our house which was a whole lot let fun. It’s been nearly ten years since I last moved and you forget what a drag that part is. But since I have home things on the mind today I’m sharing some new finds for around the house, everything from small little accessories to larger impactful items!

blue stackable pan set, lemon tray, bamboo placemat,

upholstered rattan bench, green hand blown glass, blue side table,

white storage baskets, rattan storage box, , leather bar stool,

pink rug, paper block, lavender grow kit, yellow painting, self watering planter

Saban’s hand blown glasses are my dream glasses for the new house. I think I need that self watering planter – so smart! That blue pan up top is great for space saving – it comes with the non-stick fry and saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, spatula, and spoon rest! And that upholstered rattan bench is also on my new house wish list!

I’ve been spending a lot of time online browsing and wishlisting for our new house. You can go ahead and add all of Dear Keaton’s new arrivals to my wishlist, along with everything seen here below.

blue patterned pillows, pink tennis balls print, rattan chair,

upholstered bench, stripe outdoor pouf, cane bed frame,

abstract watercolor art, double table lamp, woven basket,

woven pendant light, 6 drawer dresser, pink tennis balls print

I’m a big big big fan of SJ Johnson’s new tennis portrait series. They’re so fun with the mid air bounce and pink and blue color. I’ve been looking for a wide dresser for our bedroom and am really loving this one. That upholstered bench with the built in tabletop is so cool – and the table moves along the length of the bench so you can position it where you like it!! And the cane bed frame – holy cow isn’t it gorgeous??

Good morning! We are so close to the weekend!! Today I’m sharing 11 things on my radar right now!

This outdoor chair paired with this dreamy washed out floral fabric is what my dreams are made of. This is really high on my wish list!

These black and cognac leather slides just stopped me in my tracks! I love the color contrast and the flattering shape – really similar to my Carrie Forbes slides but a little dressier!

This printed grasscloth wallpaper. Am I right?? I love the texture of grasscloth and I love a pretty pattern, put it together and voila.

Hello dream lover – this teeny floral print dress is adorable and happy. I just saw a photo of my friend Jillian’s adorable sister Sarah wearing this at Coral House and I fell in love with it!

Lake’s latest pima cotton pajamas are so soft and sweet and cute!! I swear they just keep getting better and better!

This one isn’t about the botanical blue wallpaper (though it certainly could and maybe should be), it’s about that lovely blockprint quilt at the end of the chaise. But also, shout out to that twisted jute rug!

Reformation just released a ridiculously cute shoe collection, and these ruched blue toile slides are magic. They come in a 2 inch block heel version, too!

Don’t judge, but these seamless undies might be my favorite thing in this whole post. They’re perfect for all-day-every-day imo: equally great under workout wear or your little sundresses!

You have to have at least 1 comfy romper for summer bike rides and windy excursions and this terrycloth one is freaking adorable! Would be a great swim cover up as well!

I adore this new timeless gingham bedding that is made of super soft linen. There are some other brighter colors too but this “mink” neutral color is really speaking to me.

Last but not least and one of the most popular things I’ve shared before, this Girlfriend Collective Skort and it comes in a lot of colors! This brand is one of my new favorites!
