TGIF! Keeping with yesterday’s blog theme let’s do some more wallet friendly fashion finds! Everything in today’s post is under $200 and most of them are well under that mark! All so cute!
Special spotlight today shining on one of my favorite brands, Moon River, and their brand new arrivals that just rolled onto Nordstrom’s site. I mean these pieces are so floaty and romantic and are all right around $100! I KNOW. Look at how gorgeous!!
One thing that I know for sure is that these won’t last long. They’re fully stocked now but I’ll be surprised if that’s still the case tomorrow. I just ordered this tie back dress! Shop all of Moon River’s new collection right here!
I’m all about wearing dresses as often as I can, which you all know. So in the colder months throwing a cardigan sweater over a dress is one of my favorite outfits. This Kilte sweater is so pretty, the knit is like a work of art. I paired it with my ruffle Casey Marks dress (I just tuck the ribbon ties into the dress) and I love the pattern and texture combo.
Our bedroom here at the new house is finally coming together a little more so I thought I’d share where we are right now! I’m loving the color scheme in here so much, it makes me happy every morning and any time I walk into the room. We painted the walls Colorado Grey by Benjamin Moore and I really like how the shade changes depending on how the light hits it.
I worked with Annie Selke on our window treatments for both the roller shades and the linen drape panels. The roller shades provide complete privacy but still let light come through, which was very important to me!! And I love the texture on the linen panels. These come in a lot of different color options (I also really love the French blue). For the hardware I chose the glass knob finials to pair with the white curtain rods.
Our bedding is the Signature Set from Boll & Branch which you all probably know by now I LOVE. It’s so soft and luxurious. I have two sets that I switch between weekly. Trust.
Our house doesn’t have a dedicated office area so when looking for nightstands I was so excited when I found these caned desks from Target. They’re absolutely gorgeous and are nice and wide (which works well because we have a lot of window space on the sides of our bed as well as floor air vents that we didn’t want to block). And the best part about them is they work as both a nightstand and a desk space when used with our cube ottomans (also from Target). I’m so happy I did this!!
I spent the weekend at High Hampton in Cashiers, NC with my girlfriends and it was such a gorgeous spot that I have to share. It’s about a 4 and a half hour drive from Charleston so it’s fairly easy to get to and enjoy some mountain air. We went to attend my friend Molly Fienning’s Sip Series at the hotel. She owns Red Clay and she hosted a really fun cocktail class at the resort! Here are some (many) photos of our weekend at High Hampton and the beautiful resort. Every corner was more beautiful than the next so get ready for a lot of pictures.
These are the girls I was with, Grace Atwood, Molly Fienning, Kate Stevenson, and Jackie Thomson. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Halstead Cottage which was a wonderful space with soaking tubs and a common area to hang. Highly recommend.
Cute shot of my floral weekender bag and Lake robe. High Hampton is managed by the same owners of Blackberry Farm so you know the cuisine is incredible. The food you guys. Out of this world. The menu changed daily, and I’m dreaming of every single thing I ate.
And the recently renovated Inn and common spaces were my most favorite. All of the fabrics and patterns and colors couldn’t have been more lovely together. And the rooms are filled with lots of games and activities making it such a comfortable common space that you want to be a part of.
I wore my Sorel booties during the day they’re so comfy and warm (and on sale right now).
The Red Clay Sip Series class was so fun too. We made 4 cocktails and learned some tricks from the bartender Kelly! If you’re looking for a good time to go this winter I recommend planning around one of these events. Also if you want to order any Red Clay products use my code CHASSITY30 for 30% off sitewide!
My Cotopaxi coat was plenty warm for the cold temps.
A cozy and relaxing girls weekend was just what I needed. I’m wearing my Printfresh pajamas here and reading The Hawthorne Legacy. Also note the cute cushion on the headboard, love this design idea!
In summary High Hampton gets my highest approval. I can’t wait to go back and would love to make it there this summer with the kids! Put it on your bucket list!
