Sex & The City changed me. I started the series my senior year at Indiana University and watched it from the first episode to the very last. It made me feel bold and inspired. I partially credit it for giving me the push to move to Charleston, a city where I knew no one but just knew it was where I was supposed to be. It was the perfect mix of light, heavy, shocking, sexy, and funny. And the fashion was just so brave and joyful and carefree – not overthought or second guessed. They just wore what made them feel good. So I am *very* into seeing these characters now navigating their 50’s, and still giving us all the fashion. If you’re watching doesn’t it just make you want to get dressed and pull out all of your accessories and jewelry? Ahhh and the REPURPOSING. I love seeing pieces worn over again from the Sex & The City days. This is the type of fashion we should be buying and investing in – quality pieces that will last and bring joy.
These pieces are inspired by the show. I could envision all of these things on Carrie, because she’s always been my most fave.

Floral Mille Dress – I cannot wait to wear this new Mille dress, it looks just as cute worn off the shoulder, too!
Patterned Socks – I’m obsessed with the little elastic ruffle at the top! So cute!
Platform Woven Sandals – I’m obsessed with these new Carrie Forbes heels! Super comfy and they add height and are so comfy! More sizes here!
Fringe Bed Skirt – I bought this fringe bed skirt for our bed and love the look!!
Padded Tablecloth – I ordered this padded tablecloth off Amazon to put over our porch table as a layer under tablecloths to even out the tabletop because the table is very textured!
Green Desk Chair – We got this chair for Fletcher’s room and it is so cute and comfy and a great price!! Highly recommend if you need a great chair for kids!
Bralette – I cannot have enough of these. Literally the most comfortable day bra!
Blue Dough Bowl – I want these bowls in like every color. They’re great for table decor!
2 Tier Drink Table – I can’t get enough of little drink tables and the price point of this adorable one is great!
Girls Joggers – Lilly is very excited about her new joggers, they’re basically all she wants to wear. I have the adult sweats and can personally vouch for their softness!!

Velvet Hangers – These are what we use and I love them they keep your clothes from slipping and have a slim profile.
Up For Anything Strapless Bra – I just ordered this after one of my good friends just told me this is the ONLY bra she ever wears. Like legit prefers it over any other kind of bra.
