This post has a little bit of everything because it’s in partnership with Nordstrom, and they are just THE BEST at carrying a lovely curated variety of products at a range of prices. There’s a lot to unpack here in this blog post, including one of my favorite easy recipes, so let’s just jump in.

Since we are all spending more time in our kitchens it’s nice to have quality products that you trust. I can’t believe I’m admitting this but the skillet I have been using is from when we registered for our wedding, and we’ve been married for 14 years… The non stick coating was coming off, and well that is just so so bad to continue to cook with a pan like that. I’m happy to report that we’re now cooking with our new Food52 12 inch covered nonstick skillet and it’s like a whole new world.

Plus, the skillet is really pretty. I love this light blueish-grey interior color.

Speaking of pretty colors my pink cowl neck tunic top is one of my new favorite shirts to wear. I wear it around the house with sweats or leggings (it has nice longer length) or out with jeans! It’s seriously so soft and is a great price ($39)!! I love all the color options.

And my leather ballet flats are so comfortable and cute. They have a foam cushioned foot bed and a grippy rubber sole. These come in all of these pretty colors above, I have the light green shade.

Another tool I’m loving right now are my new set of silicone utensils. I put these in a few of my holiday gift guides, and decided I needed a set for myself. These are super durable but still flexible, and they’re really soft and comfortable to hold. They’re dishwasher safe, stand up to high heat, and BPA-free! I have the maple color. Did you notice the two in one spoon? Great for taste testing, which I happen to do a lot of when I’m cooking.

I just love all of the coordinating shades of color in the Food52 collection at Nordstrom.

And here’s another look at my pink tunic top and leather flats! Scroll below for more of my favorite Nordstrom finds this week! Don’t forget that Nordstrom always offers free shipping and free returns, as well as a buy online and pick up in store or curbside option! And if you’re a Nordy Club member you’ll earn points and rewards with each purchase! Now is a great time to join for the new year!

Lastly as promised, I wanted to share one of my favorite easy recipes that I make all of the time. I usually make this Cauliflower Rice Buffalo Chicken dish for lunch but it’s also a really great dinner meal, too! Super simple! I use 1 frozen bag of Trader Joes Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry + any kind of chicken I have (rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken nuggets, frozen chicken, really anything chicken you like) + your favorite kind of hot sauce or buffalo sauce (I like Red Clay). Sometimes I heat the chicken separately in our toaster oven air fryer, our oven, or in the skillet with the rice.

Chicken Strips (grilled or fried per your preference)

Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce (to taste, I like a lot)
