Never mind, I got excited about Need Supply’s new arrivals and decided to take a break from my list of 31. Here are just a few things I NEED.

Excuse my brief appearance today, but I’m working on a fun post for tomorrow. In honor of my upcoming 31st birthday, I’m sharing 31 things about me that you may not know. This is taking a lot of thought. If only I were turning just 25 I’d have less to come up with.
Just so you see where I’m going with this, here’s one…
I collected trolls when I was little. I’m so glad my mom saved them bc now my children play with them.
Please come back here tomorrow and celebrate with me!

I love today’s post so much that I wish I could use big ol’ glittery neon letters and words to make it jump out at you. Because what a dear company this is that you all should know…
31 Bits began after a girl, Kallie Doval, had a dream about changing the world. Specifically, by bringing joy and liberation to women living on the other side of the world.
By creating 31 Bits, Kallie and her team give Ugandan women a new way of life. What started with only 6 Ugandan artisans that has now grown to 99, 31 Bits is not only changing lives but is also delivering a beautiful product that I, and I bet you, love.
The whole collection is available online. I have so many favorites. To support 31 Bits you can make a purchase, share the site, host a trunk show, or volunteer as an intern!
And aren’t the pictures fun? I love this little sneak peek photo they shared before their spring collection launched in February. Such a good marketing idea to shield the pieces with the rackets as a teaser!
Lastly, if you’re so inclined, I urge you to watch this video. It’s a very well made, pretty, and awesome video to witness!

Let me preface this post by saying what an amazing time these photos below represent. One of the coolest things about living in Charleston is our supremely supportive community of creative, beautiful (on the inside and out), hardworking women. Women who are always eager to toast one another, as we did last Friday in honor of our own, Lindsey Carter.
At the strike of noon on an ordinary Friday in March, sixteen gorgeous gals gathered in Lindsey Carter’s Charleston home’s courtyard to celebrate her new Troubadour Spring 2013 Collection. All had eagerly awaited the day because 1) when a Leapfrog invitation arrives in your mailbox you don’t want to miss the event and 2) it was the first opportunity to see the whole new Troubadour collection in person.
Many of the women were dressed in Troubadour pieces. What really struck me as awesome was that it seemed as if each piece was made for the woman wearing it. So many different women with different personal styles rocking out a collection. It was seriously SO fun to see how everyone styled the pieces. And just so that you can see too, I’m going to photo bomb you all right abouuuuut now.
