I’m in a hair rut in a major way.  I always wear it the same way, straight and down.  It grows soooo slowly so it’s been the same length for what feels like forever.  So when I see images like these i start to feel all sparkly and inspired.

Love the top 2. It’s funny because these looks cannot be that difficult (right??), but I too, always wear my hair down or up in a pony tail.

Now, I did see this “messy bun” tutorial(it’s funny- a tutorial on achieving *messy!), which allowed me to practice on Hailey’s hair (as seen here, http://torriesessions.blogspot.com/2010/08/finding-happy.html)… but I need to start practicing on my own hair!

I feel your pain Chassity! My hair is always either down or in a pony tail. I just can’t seem to ever pull off anything else. Maybe it’s because I don’t know what I’m doing. Or on second thought, maybe it’s because I don’t look like these models in the photos, they look like they could pull off anything!

love the braid. (and that girl’s eyebrows are amazing if eyebrows can be amazing.) a braid is my go to right now.

My hair is long enough to do all of these things but Lord knows I don’t know how to do it. I need someone to teach me how to create the loose tassels. Love the first pic the best. I never know how to pull my hair back!

I am right there with you Chass, although I like where your hair is now. I do however understand how hard it is to be patient to let it grow. My hair grows somewhat fast BUT seems as if it’s taking forever to grow. Just now it’s getting to about where I want. I see all these adorable hair pics in magazines etc. and if only I could wear bangs well! I cut bangs once and they don’t lay well, making them look odd. I will be sure to tell Maggie her slow growing hair comes from aunt Chass! ;)

  6. I know how you feel! I couldn’t wait for mine to grow out, so I added extentions and cut bangs for the fall. I will take them out after it grows to the length I want! Best thing I ever did, no waiting and no ugly stages. Good Luck, you are beautiful either way. I am doing new headshots for my blog on Friday, so you will have to tell me what you think :)
