Staying active during the winter can have its share of obstacles. I can come up with all the excuses – it’s too dark outside, it’s too cold outside, I’m too busy. But over the years I’ve embraced staying active as a big part of my lifestyle. There are a few things that help me stay motivated! Most importantly I go all in on the workouts I love. I own a treadmill, and spin bike, a pilates reformer, and various weights for strength training. For me, being able to fit in a workout at home on my own timeline is key to making it happen. For others this may be a gym membership or class package at a studio you love! Another way that I stay motivated is by dressing for the part. Having cute workout clothes motivates me! And Athleta has no shortage of cute activewear. But it isn’t just activewear, Athleta’s pieces can transition through the whole day from workout to work to weekend! And their quality is so good, I still own pieces that I bought years ago! Here are my top favorite Athleta pieces for this winter!

Whisper Featherless Wrap Coat, White Whisper Featherless Wrap Coat, Momentum Seamless Sport Length Top, Cool Down Top,

Everyday No Show Sock 3 pack, Saysh Felix Running Shoes, Rainier Tight, Conscious Twist Crop Bra,

Flurry Seamless Crewneck Top, Cozy Karma Twist Neck Sweatshirt, Whisper Featherless Puffer Jacket, Cozy Karma Twist Neck Sweatshirt

First you should know that the famous Athleta Whisper Featherless Wrap Coat is $99 for a limited time only (11/20 – 11/26). It’s so cute and just really pulls together a cold weather athletic look and makes it look chic. I LOVE the Cozy Karma Twist Neck Sweatshirt. And the Conscious Twist Crop Bra. Athleta’s Everyday No Show Socks are a great fit idea. And the drawstring Cool Down Top is so fun, too.
